The Selby shows off Chef Andrew of Rockaway Taco’s bit in their latest edition for 8/2.

I don’t mean to sound like a green-eyed monster, but seriously, I work at a desk on the daily.  I walk a bridge, ride the subway, then the MetroNorth.  I write a bunch of sarcastic diatribes about food & fashion in between shooting off emails about shipping and haven’t owned a swimsuit since 1994.  And this guy?  He makes tacos for a living, has some bees on his roof, and probably surfs his face off.  Look how happy he is.  LOOK!
